Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This Cookie Policy explains what this website stores in your browser. In short: it does not use cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They can be strictly necessary for a service to work, or they can be used to measure visits, remember preferences or show advertising.
Cookies on this website
This website does not use cookies, neither our own nor from third parties. It has no analytics, no advertising or tracking tools, no social media plugins and no embedded maps or videos that could set cookies. All fonts, images, scripts and 3D models are served by the website itself.
Other storage in your browser
The Nautica Modena D.U.S. section of the website (at /dus/) saves one technical value, called dus-gate, in your browser’s session storage. It is not a cookie. It only remembers that you have already seen the entrance animation during your visit, so that it does not play again. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it disappears when you close the tab.
Consent
Because the website uses no cookies and only this strictly necessary technical value, no consent banner is required (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines on cookies of 10 June 2021). If we add tools in the future that need consent, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.
Links to other websites
This website links to other websites, for example Google Maps for directions and the website of Nord Yachts. Those websites are not covered by this policy and may use their own cookies once you open them. Please read their cookie policies.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can see, block or delete cookies and site data at any time from your browser settings. Because this website uses no cookies, you do not need to change anything to browse it. For questions write to info@nauticamodena.com. More about how we process personal data is in our Privacy Policy.
